Through the implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Teams, UFD – Naturgy Group, the third-largest electricity distribution operator in Spain, has improved its work processes in an integrated and collaborative way, in addition to saving management time for all its agents.
We have used Power Platform integrated with Teams, creating an ecosystem of applications that has native integration. Thanks to the low-code approach, we have been able to achieve shorter delivery times than usual, without the need for custom developments.
