In order to provide its sales team with the latest CRM technology, Atresmedia Publicidad—the multimedia advertising arm of the Atresmedia group—is banking on Microsoft technology to make a major leap in digital transformation. This is being achieved through the implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and the partnership with Infoavan as a technological partner, with the goal of unifying its databases and individual customer management.
The company adopted Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise in an implementation process that lasted five months, covering the phases of analysis, design, construction, training, testing support, and go-live. All of these stages were carried out with an agile implementation approach, featuring continuous value deliveries and product validation as it was being built.
